Refund policy
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return a light that is not right for you. To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, with all parts included.
How to return an item
- Email contact@lighting-corner.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
- Ship the item back, well protected, with tracking.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or was not the item you ordered. In those cases we cover the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom or made-to-order items, unless defective
- Items that have been installed, used or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
